Prime Management Group Inc. is recruiting an experienced and strategic Manufacturing & Distribution Manager for the BeautiTone Paint and Home Products operation located in Burford, Ontario. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations supporting Home Hardware locations across Canada.
The Opportunity The Manufacturing & Distribution Manager will oversee approximately 40–50 employees through a team of supervisors and operational leaders across manufacturing and distribution functions.
The role ensures safe, efficient day‑to‑day operations while leading longer‑term initiatives related to continuous improvement, automation, KPI development, production planning, process optimization, and operational scalability.
