Lansdowne Community Baptist Church is inviting applications for the position of full‑time Mandarin Ministry Associate Pastor to support the Senior Pastor in shepherding our Mandarin congregation.
Basic Qualifications
- Has a clear calling from the Lord for full‑time ministry and is spiritually mature
- Has pastoral experience in North American Chinese Evangelical Church(es)
- Has a burden and is gifted in the areas of discipleship and leadership training
- Obtained a Master of Divinity Degree from an Evangelical Seminary
- Mandarin is native language and is capable of conversing fluently in English
