Mandarin / English Accountant Assistant – Manchester

Job Title: Mandarin / English Accountant Assistant – Manchester

Contract Type: Full-time Fixed-term (ASAP start – 30 November 2027)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17:30pm

Location: Manchester

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum (Based on work experience)

The key tasks include but are not limited to：

  • Ensure that all sales invoices and expenses are processed and filed correctly.

    Prepare bank reconciliation.

  • Assist with the processing of the monthly payroll.

  • Follow accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

  • Handle all finance enquiries from other departments, customers and suppliers with excellent level of customer service.

  • Collect and reconcile sales invoice payments owed to the company.
