Managing Consultant

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to join our team in Edmonton.The Managing Consultant’s primary responsibility will be to retain and grow relationships for an assigned block of group benefits clients. They will be committed to understanding our client needs and work in collaboration with supporting teams to unlock opportunities to identify products and solutions that will enhance their benefits journey.The Managing Consultant will:Set strategic consulting plan for client relationshipIdentify cross sell opportunities that add value for our clientsReview plan performance and client files to understand the claims experiencePrepare market specifications for clients using both internal and external quoting systemsAnalyze data and multiple carrier proposals, prepare cost comparisons, facilitate finalist presentations as required and make recommendations related to the best option for the clientPerform ad hoc investigations of claims data in order to explain trends to clientWork in collab...
