Opportunity Description
This position is part of the Asia Pacific Human Resources team and sits in the Workplaces Practices Centre of Excellence, reporting to APAC WP Director.
We are seeking India Workplace Practices Lead, highly skilled in **Employee Relations (ER) investigations and** the ability to **partner across stakeholders and influence policy design** . This role is responsible for conducting fair, thorough, and timely investigations into workplace concerns, while identifying systemic issues and contributing to **policy enhancement and preventive ER strategies** .
+ Work Environment investigations- Partner with internal employment counsel, compliance and HR Business Partners to effectively manage employee relations issues/investigations
