Manager, Vendor Management and Operations

The Manager, Vendor Management and Operations is part of the North American Retail Payments (NARP)’ Vendor Management and Operations (VMO) Team, supporting an assigned vendor and all activities relating to it.

The Manager leads a team of Senior Analyst(s), ensuring effective management of an assigned vendor portfolio, and focusing on vendor relationships, governance, operations, strategic vendor programs, vendor and BMO strategy, cost optimization and efficiencies.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the team and work closely with the team, the Senior Manager, and Director on assigned vendor portfolio activities.
• Activities could span across different functions, across the various life cycles of vendor management and governance.
