What is the opportunity?

The Client Experience and Digital Design (CXDD) team at RBC Insurance is seeking a Manager, UX Research to design and lead user research initiatives aimed at enhancing how clients and advisors interact with RBC Insurance's client‑facing digital products, advisor platforms, and sales tools.

In this role, you will plan and conduct studies of moderate to high complexity, turning research into insights that shape design and product decisions. Your work will contribute to making servicing easier, reducing friction, and improving clarity for both clients and advisors.

As a key collaborator, the manager partners closely with designers, product owners, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure that evidence, not assumption, drives experience design across RBC Insurance's digital ecosystem.
