Manager Transport Disposition (Bogotá)

The Manager Transport Disposition is responsible for leading and coordinating intermodal transportation operations, ensuring efficient container movement through different transportation modes within the operational network. This role oversees vendor performance, operational compliance, process optimization, and team management to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and smooth operational execution aligned with company standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely and cost-efficient transport of containers by rail, truck, barge and feeder vessel to/from locations within the area of operation.
• Guides, coaches and supports the Transport Dispatch department.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Maritime and logistics Industry.
• Education: University Degree, Transportation Engineer or similar.
