As the Manager II in Study Management, you will oversee 15-17 Study Management Associates, positioning them for success in their roles. Your leadership will drive operational efficiencies and foster an inclusive, innovative environment focused on continuous learning and growth. You will manage performance, provide mentoring, and ensure organizational compliance while supporting strategic resource management initiatives.
