This role serves as the central point of intake for communications from backstage teams and ensures messages are reviewed, organized, and delivered to stores in a clear, timely, and consistent manner. With a strong focus on execution and operational discipline, this role ensures that all communications are reviewed and prioritized appropriately, all content is accurate and actionable, and store teams are not overwhelmed by competing or duplicative messages.
