Overview

The Manager, Steelmaking Maintenance is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and reliability of mechanical and electrical maintenance within the steelmaking operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance execution to support production targets, equipment reliability, and operational excellence. The role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to maintenance teams, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and execution of all maintenance activities, including preventative, predictive, and corrective work.
