Manager, Solution Operations – Agent Suite Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience.

Overview

As Manager, Agent Suite Solutions Operations, you will operationalize the partnership strategy and optimize the technical and operational backbone of Mastercard’s fast‑growing AI Consulting capability. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Operations, you will run the evaluation engine that brings new partners and vendors into the Agent Suite ecosystem, ensure scalability and compliance, and lead strategic initiatives across global operations.
