The Opportunity
This is a manager/ senior manager people operations role with broad scope across HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning. The role will cover for the Head of People & Culture when required.
You will work closely with the Country Manager and department heads, supporting HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning - stepping in as acting Head of People & Culture when required
