Opportunity Description
Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with current customers and generating new leads through prospecting potential customers within risk acceptance criteria to meet origination, revenue, and service goals.

- Generate new business & share-of-wallet opportunities with customers and prospects.
- Identify needs and develop proposals with Element's value-added services.
- Coordinate end-to-end sales process, including risk underwriting, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation.
- Account for overall relationship management of assigned clients and serve as primary point of contact.
- Coordinate internal areas to meet day-to-day or new requirements.
- Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationships.
