In this role, you will:
Champion a customer-focused culture that deepens client relationships and leverages broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Procurement’s internal and external sustainable procurement capabilities.Support governance, training, coordination, and enhancement of sustainability policies, procedures, and standards across the Procurement function.Lead and manage the Bank’s Global Supplier Inclusion program.Design and implement supplier inclusion frameworks that support corporate sustainability and inclusion mandates and commitments.Partner with Procurement teams and business units to identify and remove barriers in the procurement process.Build and maintain relationships with certified diverse and Indigenous businesses, certification councils, industry peers, and e...
