Responsibilities

• Serve as the SOCC lead for regulatory compliance documentation, passenger protection evidence readiness, and operational record integrity.
• Oversee documentation governance across Operations Control Systems and SOCC document repositories, ensuring records are accurate, complete, timely, and audit‑ready.
