Grade Level: 10. This role is within the Equity Data value stream at S&P Dow Jones Indices where the focus is on managing all data related to securities and their corporate actions. The team is responsible for collecting, validating, and updating stock and related instrument information, maintaining the security master – a centralized database that underpins all company products and ensures accurate index calculation and analytics.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Design and maintain a unified security master database that serves as the single source of truth for security reference data across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Define the canonical data model, including IDs, classifications, instrument terms, listings/venues, issuer links, and lifecycle states.
