The Manager, Career Pathways helps define role‑level expectations, maintain pathway resources, and ensures that career growth tools remain relevant, practical, and aligned with evolving business priorities. Key responsibilities include managing pathway documentation, supporting processes, coordinating stakeholder input, identifying improvement opportunities, and continuously refining pathway resources to strengthen career clarity, technician development, and leader effectiveness.
