We are currently recruiting for an existing vacancy with a well-established organization in Ottawa for a Manager, Pay & Benefits. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing payroll operations, benefits administration, and HR legislative compliance across Ontario and Quebec.
The Manager will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all payroll and benefits activities while strengthening internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance frameworks. This position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on operational leadership in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
