Manager, Organizational Resilience

The Opportunity

We’re looking to fill an opening for a Manager, Organizational Resilience, to join our Enterprise Risk Management team.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, the Manager, Organizational Resilience is responsible for leading and enhancing our crisis management and business continuity and third‑party risk management programs and practices. Additionally, you will play a key role in support of the enterprise risk management framework, working closely with senior stakeholders to manage and mitigate risks across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans strategies.
• Lead the Crisis Management program, including updating plans and procedures, and developing and leading tabletop exercises.
