What Will You Do?
Lead organizational design initiatives (structures, spans and layers, role clarity) ensuring alignment with business strategy and workforce plans. Translate workforce planning outputs into practical organizational solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with the Analytics and Planning team to support alignment of business and HR cycles, including headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and talent risk mitigation. Help translate workforce insights into organizational actions such as restructuring, redeployment, and capability gaps.
Collaborate with People Analytics to collect and analyze workforce data and market trends, and provide insight to HR stakeholders on workforce trends and organizational effectiveness metrics.
