Position Summary

The Unit Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the unit, while also ensuring compliance standards and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports safety program for all employees and ensures compliance.
• Ensures labor controls are in place and effective.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, facilitates and monitors compliance audits, develops plans and actions to ensure company policies and procedures are utilized properly.
• Ensures compliance with company‑developed safety best‑practices through departmental audits and inspections.
• Supports the Total Quality Management effort, initiates problem‑solving efforts and assures implementation of solutions.
• Supports management on security and risk for the unit.
• Mentors and trains subordinates on company directives and policies.
