The Role: 

The Plant Controller(Manager, Operations Finance) provides strategic and financial decision support.  The Controller is a key business partner to the Plant Manager, and other personnel in the Plant.  The Controller’s priorities are to help maintain the manufacturing facility cost accounting requirements and provide operational/cost accounting analysis to support operations and the broader supply chain organization.  The Controller’s activities include, but are not limited to, long term strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, periodic reporting and analysis, ROI/investment analysis, process improvement and standardization projects....
