What is this Opportunity?
We are seeking a Manager, Operations Enablement who will be responsible for executing and managing strategic operations to support DevOps and Enterprise Architecture (EA). In this role, you will improve operations, strengthen engagement with employees, leaders and stakeholders through internal and external communications, and streamline the coordination of high impact initiatives. You will drive internal alignment, maintain visibility across key planning cycles, and enable our teams to focus on strategic delivery. A key objective of this role is to manage and enhance logistical infrastructure to drive excellence.

What Will You Do?Business Management

Maintain an integrated master calendar for EA and DevOps leadership and employee sessions and activities

Coordinate with strategy enablement, business partners, vendors, change and project management to align on key milestone dates
