Manager of Labrador Operations

SEM is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager of Labrador Operations to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Town of Labrador City office. Reporting to senior management, this role combines operational leadership, project management, client relations, and hands‑on field work.

The successful candidate will be a key local presence in Labrador West, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standard our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

• Manage all day‑to‑day activities of the Labrador City office
• Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture
• Ensure corporate policies, work culture, and safety standards are upheld and adhered to
• Contribute to general report preparation, proposal writing, and other duties as required

Staff & Scheduling
