Manager of Finance - 24 Months

We are currently seeking a Manager of Finance to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization on a 24-month contract to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong finance professional to step into a leadership role with broad exposure across financial reporting, operations, and global audit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting for the corporate office
• Manage and mentor a team of 3 (2 Accounts Payable, 1 Senior Financial Analyst)
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Take ownership of the global audit process, coordinating with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
