MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a Manager in the Corrosion Engineering Branch (332), in the Materials, Structures, Environment and Protection Division (33) of NSWC PHILA DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15. Responsibilities You will serve as the first-line supervisor for civilian employees assigned to the Branch. You will define goals and objectives, establish policy, and determine direction in which the Branch should develop. You will identify personnel, fiscal, material, facility and other resources required for current and long term proposed program/projects. You will monitor and track Branch performance and ensures coordination of Branch efforts with other Branches/Divisions/Departments, Technical Authority (TA) construct, naval activities and contractor organizations.
