Purpose
Provide strategic leadership for the Mineral Resource (MR) department of Lion One. Responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting, and delivery of MR activities. The objective is to increase the value of the mineral resource asset through improved utilisation, resource growth, discovery, or acquisition/divestment.
Key Accountabilities / Activities
- Oversee budget preparation and monitor budget compliance.
- Manage the delivery of approved work programs.
- Develop and implement discovery strategies.
- Manage work allocation to ensure resource replenishment.
- Maintain legal compliance of MR activities.
