**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**
This job functions as the administrative counterpart to the senior management working collaboratively to improve and maintain the highest educational and training experiences in the Institute, meet all regulatory standards, and manage all invested resources. In short, the incumbent is the administrative representative, for the Institute’s educational/training enterprise.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Directly supervise and lead all staff for student, residency and fellowship programs. Advise Departmental and Administrative leadership in all matters of hiring and managing educational program staff. (50%)
