Manager Manufacturing Engineering

Is responsible for leading and managing the manufacturing processes of thermal cooling systems. They oversee the production, quality control, and optimization of these systems to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

This role involves both technical expertise in thermal cooling technology and management skills to lead a team and achieve operational goals.

• Coordinate product transfer activities to other business units or organizations.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of lean and manufacturing programs to eliminate production line bottlenecks and inefficiencies: line balancing, setup reduction, higher yield and space optimization.
• Work closely with Safety and Health departments to assure the production area, tooling and fixtures are designed ergonomically and safe.
