ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and Management of all LEAN topics across the MDCLead, develop and manage a direct team (e.g. LEAN and BI/continuous improvement staff), including performance management, coaching, capability building and succession, fostering an engaged and high-performing team.Provide cross-functional (transversal) leadership across the operation, aligning process owners, shifts and support areas to deliver the site's goals and KPIs, and embedding a sustainable continuous improvement culture throughout the DC.Function as a change agent. Continuously challenge the way things are done. Promote creativity and out of the box thinking. Regularly conduct internal Lean audits to monitor progress.Responsibility for optimal use of Labor Management tool within DC incl. labor planning & performance management Maintenance of LM tool incl. process analyses & time studies<...
