In accordance with the vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, the Manager, Laboratory & Medical Imaging Operations provides accountable site- and area-based operational leadership for Laboratory and Medical Imaging services across assigned facilities. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, day‑to‑day delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of diagnostic services at the local level, ensuring services are safe, timely, high‑quality, patient‑centered, and aligned with organizational priorities, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
