Job Description

To lead and drive strategic engagement with key developers and large real estate groups across India (around 30 key developers in luxury segment), ensuring specification, approval, and business growth of company solutions across residential, commercial & mixed used. The role will focus on developing long-term partnerships with top developers, driving project influence at early stages, and achieving sustainable business growth through Key Project Management (KPM).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore & Hyderabad.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
