Responsibilities

• To supervise and direct the staff members assigned to the functional work area, including the co-ordination of activities/time and delegation of workload.
• To ensure that work performed by incumbent and his/her assigned staff meets overall product requirements, consistent with the standards of URS.

Key Accountabilities

• Directs and manages the IVVQ functional work area to deliver high quality, defect free product on time and within budget.
• Maintains Project Tracking by monitoring performance against budget and schedule, performance metrics collection and interpretation, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Performs early risk identification and mitigation through corrective actions.
