Opportunity Description
As Manager – IRL/DQC (IRL (International Repertoire Licensing) and DQC (Data Quality Check)), you will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of royalty reporting across Sony Music’s global affiliate and licensee network. You will lead a team of 3, and work at the intersection of contractual compliance, data quality, and process excellence — directly contributing to the financial integrity of GFSS operations. This is a high-visibility role offering strong exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, systems, people development, and strategic process improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Receive, review, audit, and analyze royalty reports submitted by worldwide Sony Music Entertainment affiliates and licensees, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and agreements.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve inaccuracies and/or discrepancies between reporting received and data stored within Sony Music’s worldwide databases.
