Factor Canada is looking for an Inventory Manager to manage inventory accuracy, warehouse processes and controls in our two DCs and 3PLs. Working closely with DC warehousing teams, staging teams, and production, the focus is to set up and execute a robust inventory process to ensure all direct materials inventory movements, quantities, and quality are tracked accurately at all times.
Lettuce Share What This Role Will Be Responsible For
- Set up a robust inventory management and movement process fitting into Factor Canada's growing business needs, providing accurate visibility to upstream and downstream teams.
- Drive change management in DC warehousing and staging teams on processes and SOP, lead in setting up RACI and change management.
- Own and drive inventory-related targets and efficiency, including but not limited to working capital target, cycle count accuracy, and space utilization across the network.
