Demonstrating a strong desire to learn the Income Tax Act, Canadian Income Tax Regulations, CRA rulings, and caselaw, and applying this understanding to complex cross‑border tax issues.
Providing mentorship, detailed reviews, and training to staff.
Staying alert to client needs that may result in growth opportunities and communicating them to the broader engagement team.
