Manager, Human Resources

Reporting to the Vice President, People & Strategy, the Human Resources Manager is responsible to provide Human Resource expertise in the areas of interpretation and administration of personnel policies, collective bargaining agreement and personnel and labour regulations, recruitment and selection, onboarding, job evaluation, professional development, performance management and succession planning. The Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the College’s personnel policies and procedures.

The Human Resources Manager provides leadership in fostering a climate that is focused on meeting the needs of learners, staff, employers, and communities.
