Manager, Head Start on Housing

The Manager will supervise, organize, implement, and otherwise lead the statewide Head Start on Housing program and related services as needed. Provides leadership in the implementation of housing programs and initiatives. Will oversee and provide guidance to staff within the Head Start on Housing program. Monitors and manages assigned programmatic budgets.

Supervises Head Start on Housing employees; assigns and reviews work.

Participates in Agency and State trainings and supervises training activities.

Maintains precise and accurate documentation to ensure all the program requirements are met in the mandated time frame, including client files, partner agency files, and entries into the program databases.
