About the role
The Manager Growth and Performance is a senior administrative /management support position that operates under the broad direction of the Dean, Graduate Research. The Manager Growth and Performance is responsible for leading strategic initiatives across the GRS portfolio. The role plays a key part in driving data-informed decision-making, overseeing the delivery of Graduate Research strategy, ensuring the GRS contributes to the maintaining of the UNE 5-star rating. The position has primary responsibility for: strategic planning; strategy implementation; governance and reporting; HDR policies and procedures; high-level HDR policy advice; programme and committee management; financial monitoring; continuous improvement including systems, processes and culture; management of internships; admissions; scholarships; and HDR course management including the development of new courses.
