Manager, Global HR Process Transformation Delivery
The HR Process Transformation Delivery role leads the mobilisation, governance, and delivery of global HR Process transformation initiatives, ensuring that process transformation are effectively implemented and adopted across the organisation. Working in close partnership with HR Journey & Process Architects, Experience Owners, HR Technology, and Service Delivery, this role is accountable for translating future-state process designs into executable delivery plans, driving structured programme management, and ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and realisation of intended outcomes. The role combines strong transformation programme management, change management, and stakeholder leadership to deliver complex, cross‑functional HR transformation initiatives at scale.
