Take charge as the Facilities Manager at JSI’s locations in Kanata, focusing on safe and efficient operations. Manage maintenance, service requests, and vendor relationships effectively.
In this full-time position, you will support the safe operation of two JSI sites. Key responsibilities involve conducting frequent inspections and overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance. As a proactive leader, you will ensure compliance with safety standards and create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections to determine maintenance needs
• Supervise vendors for repair and cleaning services
• Respond to service requests, documenting all actions
• Maintain optimal function of building systems
• Coordinate office moves and special projects
Requirements:
• Previous facilities management experience required
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
