Position: Facility Services Manager

Salary Range: Band 10 - $120,105.00 to $143,227.00

Location: Facilities Department - J.W. Singleton Education Centre

Work Schedule: 35 hours/week, 12 months/year

Effective: September 1, 2026

Position Summary

The Manager, Facility Services is responsible for the daily operation of all HDSB facilities (school and administrative) and sites. Operating functions include cleaning, daily maintenance, servicing (waste, recycling), Rentals Department, snow and ice removal, and grass and grounds care. These services are delivered through a team that includes the Assistant Manager, Facility Services; the Senior Administrative Assistant, Facility Services; the Supervisor, Regulatory Compliance; two Rentals Coordinators; nine Area Supervisors; unionized custodial staff; and numerous contracted service providers.
