Manager, Facilities Services (Specialty Campuses)

BCIT’s Facilities and Campus Development department is seeking a regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) Manager, Facilities Services (Specialty Campuses). This position is responsible for developing and managing the maintenance, operations and capital renewal functions of the BCIT specialty campuses. Oversees mechanical, electrical, general trades and contractors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Using sound preventative maintenance programs, ensures that all facilities are functioning safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws and codes. Ensures sound energy management practices are established and maintained within the maintenance environment.
