Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Community Engagement, the Manager, Community Engagement is responsible for maintaining the meaningful connections between our organization and the communities in which we operate, specifically focused on British Columbia, Canada. This role will enable and support our community engagement efforts across grants, sponsorships, events, and municipal relations, while aligning our external presence with our internal culture. The person in this role thrives at the intersection of relationship‑building, impact‑driven programming, and brand stewardship. In this role, you will be a vital part of a small cross‑functional team to deliver on the initiatives of our business in accordance with the agreed and approved strategic plan.
