Manager, Channel Planning (Mississauga)

Responsibilities

• Own channel-level top-line planning and target setting for Retail and Call Centre teams across goeasy business units (Easyfinancial, easyhome, NSSC, and Lendcare), translating enterprise goals into actionable targets for front-line and leadership teams across a broad suite of metrics (sales, growth, charge-offs, compliance, productivity).
• Oversee budget and P&L performance for assigned business units, ensuring results are tracked, explained, and managed against financial plans, forecasts, and leadership expectations.
• Analyze performance drivers and identify root causes of over‑ or under‑performance, using data to pinpoint gaps, assess risks, and recommend corrective and strategic adjustments.
• Continuously evaluate and recalibrate targets and forecasts as business conditions, strategies, or priorities change, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
