**About the Role**

The Earner Experience team's mission is to make earning with Uber clearer, fairer, and more rewarding across the full earner journey, from understanding opportunities to building trust in the platform.

Within that, the role scope focuses on improving marketplace reliability by encouraging and rewarding earners. The team works on incentive-based programs, recognition mechanisms, quality signals, eligibility criteria, and product experiences that help earners understand how to improve and deliver great service. In this role, the candidate will shape the processes that drive better quality at scale, improve trust, strengthen marketplace health, and create a more rewarding experience for top earners.
