Responsibilities
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
- Leading coaching and performance management for direct reports, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Participating in the recruitment process (candidate interviews, assessment, and selection decisions)
- Planning, leading and executing client engagements under varying reporting frameworks across industries; ensuring client needs and expectations are understood and service is delivered
