In this role, you will:
Lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of dividends, coupons, claims, and other income and entitlement events across global markets.Ensure a high level of client service by maintaining strong processing accuracy, meeting service level commitments, and responding promptly to internal and external inquiries.Act as a subject matter expert on income and entitlement events, providing guidance and consultation to business partners and stakeholders.Partner closely with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams to resolve issues, improve communication, and enhance operational effectiveness.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.Lead projects and ...
