Reports to: General Manager Air Freight

Air Network Product & Performance is responsible for driving performance, planning, and product enablement across the air network. This role will drive the performance framework across air carriers, improve network visibility and reliability, and leverage forecasting and planning models to support network decisions, enabling consistent execution and continuous improvement across the network.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance frameworks across air carriers (service, cost, reliability)
• Drive active performance management, including KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Support structured carrier engagement with fact-based insights (capacity, performance, cost drivers)
• Improve visibility and accountability across the network
